We offer the following services for guests while in the park.

We also have 2 Guest Services offices at Club Cabana where a team member will be able to answer any questions during your visit.

One is located next to the Wave Swinger and one is located in the Exit Building.

Clean, well-maintained restroom facilities are available across multiple locations throughout the park including near the Wave Pool, food court, and main entrance.

Dedicated parent rooms equipped with changing tables, feeding chairs, and private spaces are located near the Kids Zone and Food Court.

Secure lockers in multiple sizes are available for rent near the main entrance and changing rooms to store your valuables while you enjoy the park.

Qualified first-aid personnel and stations are available at the Guest Services desk and near all major water attractions. Look for the red cross signage.
